Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 20 days. 

During holidays and high volume orders, your product might arrive with a few days of delay which we’ll notify you through email.

Our shipping and processing fees cover the processing, handling, packing, and delivery of your order. Delivery fees do not include gift wrap or surcharges that may apply to some items.

Our products ship from our warehouse and arrive within 10-15 working days of receiving your order.

Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Office Premiere, Ltd.’s items ship from our warehouse and arrive within 10-15 working days of receiving your order.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping rates vary on the customer’s location (the country where the product should be delivered).

Speed of delivery depends on the type of product and product availability.

Backordered items will ship once back in stock, at no extra charge.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

After you finish your purchase, you will receive an email with your order and tracking number, so a link to the webpage where you can track your order.

We can only track international packages once they leave our warehouse (after the shipment started).

Customs, duties, and taxes

Office Premiere, Ltd. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Office Premiere, Ltd. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Our shipping services are available for European countries, the United States of America, Canada, and Australia.

If you don’t belong to any of these countries, you can still contact our support for more information if we are capable of shipping the product to your country (exceptional).

Returns Policy

You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item.

The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact – and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received.

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a return and full refund to be made.

Office Premiere, Ltd. will be the subject of the shipping expenses in returning this package.

Office Premiere, Ltd. does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

Please note that “Complimentary” items (or any free product received as part of a promotional offer) are not eligible to be exchanged and must be returned along with the other items in your order if you are returning your order for a refund.

However, gift wrapping included in a purchase during a campaign does not have to be returned.
